Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 24 years of dedicated public service—beginning as the Chief Minister of Gujarat and now as the Prime Minister of India—have shaped a transformative era of development and progress. His visionary leadership has propelled India toward inclusive growth, technological innovation, and sustainable advancement.
To celebrate the spirit of Vikas Saptah 2025, MyGov Gujarat invites citizens from all walks of life to participate in the Vikas Saptah Photo Competition. The mission is to encourage public participation in capturing and showcasing the remarkable stories of progress and transformation across Gujarat and India.
Through their lens, participants can highlight the nation’s journey of growth—spanning advancements in infrastructure, governance, technology, sustainability, and social inclusion. The competition aims to create a visual narrative of India’s development, reflecting the collective spirit of nation-building and the true essence of Vikas Saptah 2025.

7. Winners from Gujarat will be felicitated by Hon'ble Chief Minister of Gujarat
Terms and Conditions:
1. Submissions must be made through MyGov Gujarat Portal – https://gujarat.mygov.in/
2. Participants must register on the portal with accurate and updated profile details (Name, Email ID, Mobile Number).
3. Late submissions will not be accepted.
4. Each participant can submit a maximum of two entries under different themes.
5. Photographs must be original, unpublished, and non-copyrighted. Any infringement will lead to disqualification.
6. No signatures, watermarks, logos, or identifiable marks are allowed on the images.
7. Only basic colour corrections and cropping are allowed; extensive editing or compositing is prohibited.
8. Entries with objectionable, offensive, or inappropriate content will be rejected.
9. Participants will retain moral credit, but copyright of winning entries will rest with the Government of Gujarat.
10. The Gujarat Government and MyGov reserve the right to amend or cancel the contest, modify terms, or evaluation criteria at any time.
11. The decision of the evaluation committee shall be final and binding.
12. Participants must ensure compliance with privacy, cultural, and legal norms while capturing photographs.
