यह पूरी बिल्डिंग एनर्जी एफिशिएंट होगी. इसमें रेन वाटर हार्वेस्टिंग की व्यवस्था होगी. इसमें एटीसी टावर/टेक्निकल ब्लॉक, फायर स्टेशन, मेडिकल सेंटर इत्यादि बनवाया जाएगा. एयरपोर्ट का इंटीरियर इस तरह से डिजाइन किया गया है कि यात्रियों को सुकून और शांति मिल सके.

To conserve/rain water we have to make soak pit in each government building.soak pit should be corner of highways.there is scheam for tax payer should be given rabate in tax for presenting rain water certificate .there is also need to rebate in house tax in urban area those who have rain water harvesting facility in their house .in the city ,each plant have a rebate in tax

In the view of above, the conservation of water has to be a people's movement. If they are involved in such projects as prepared by government, they will realise the importance of water. Government should insist the people and develop the working culture along with them in the project so that they could maintain and make it better in future.
