Hon'ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi has dedicated 24 years to public service, from his tenure as Gujarat's Chief Minister to his leadership as India's Prime Minister. In Gujarat, he transformed the state with initiatives like Jyotigram Yojana and the Vibrant Gujarat Summit. As Prime Minister, reforms such as Digital India, Atmanirbhar Bharat, and Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana have driven economic growth, financial inclusion, and technological innovation.
To celebrate the spirit of Vikas Saptah 2025, MyGov Gujarat invites citizens from all walks of life to participate in the Vikas Saptah Reel Competition. The mission is to encourage public participation in capturing and showcasing the remarkable stories of progress and transformation across Gujarat and India.
The government of Gujarat, in collaboration with MyGov Gujarat, invites Indian invites citizens to create short reels depicting stories of transformation, innovation, and empowerment inspired by various flagship schemes and development projects implemented in Gujarat and across India.
Themes:
1. Vikas Yatra: Journey of Transformation
2. Empowering Lives: Schemes that Changed Gujarat
3. Vocal for Local: Garv se Swadeshi
4. Digital Gujarat: Technology for People
5. Sustainable Development: Green Growth and Innovation
6. Women-led Development: Shaping a New India
7. Atmanirbhar Gujarat: Local to Global
8. Good Governance: Citizen-Centric Initiatives
9. Vikas Saptah Spirit: Progress, Participation, and Pride
Technical Parameters for Submission:
1. Format: Videos should be in MP4, AVI, or MOV format.
2. Resolution: minimum 720p resolution.
3. Duration: Each video may be between 1 to 3 minutes long.
4. Language: Videos can be in Gujarati, Hindi, or English. Please include subtitles if the video is in a regional language.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The submission will be through the MyGovGujarat portal: (www.https://gujarat.mygov.in/)
2. Participants can take part in the contest by registering on MyGov (www.https://gujarat.mygov.in/)
3. All the participants to ensure that his/her MyGov profile is accurate and updated since this profile shall be used for further communication. This includes details such as name, e-mail ID, and mobile number.
4. Submissions beyond the last date and time of submission shall not be considered.
5. The applicant can send a maximum of two photographs under two different themes for the competition.
6. Reels/Videos should be originally shot by the applicant, and if these are found to be infringing copyright, these will be rejected.
7. No signatures, stamps or any other identifying mark is allowed anywhere on the entry.
8. Digital Manipulation and any kind of Photoshop effects are not allowed.
9. The Participant must be the copyright owner of the submitted Reel/Video, and Video/Reel must not violate any third-party rights. The participant has the liability for copyrights and non-violation of any third-party rights.
10. The Participant should submit the entries on the shortlisted themes in MP4, AVI or MOV format.
11. Once submitted for the competition, copyrights will solely be with the Government of Gujarat.
12. The entry must not contain any provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
13. Entries of participants/applicants who fail to furnish complete profiles may be rejected.
14. The Gujarat Government and MyGov reserve the right to cancel or amend any part of this contest, including the Terms & Conditions, Technical Parameters, or Evaluation Criteria. Any changes or cancellations will be posted on the MyGov and it is the participants' responsibility to stay informed.
