A citizen expectations should be understood through multiple interfaces (these expectations should be in the form of complaints, suggestions, and social media discussions). Artificial Intelligence should and machine learning should be used to categorise the suggestions. Machine should decide its priority. Once the priority is decided, it should be assigned to respective department for further action. Tracking mechanism should be set for completed work and reward towards completing it.

I believe that e-governance has made our day-to-day jobs, much easier, and more transparent. It reduces below the table practices, and keeps people honest, as they can't fabricate data anymore. It also saves time, and reduces travelling cost, as people can pay their bills online. People living in remote areas, have benefitted the most.
