e-Governance is to ease government functioning in order to create Simple, Accountable, Responsive and Transparent governance. The Government of Gujarat (GoG) has come a long way in implementation of the various e-Governance initiatives in the state, in order to adopt the best practices and key reforms.
The evolution of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) has brought a whole new paradigm for governance by which we are heading towards ease of living through e-Governance.
The goals of e-Governance are:
a. Better service delivery to citizens
b. Ushering in transparency and accountability
c. Empowering people through information
d. Improved efficiency within Governments
e. Improve interface between business and industry
The need of the hour is to think on how to make the life of our citizens better and easier by using new-age technologies. If you have any suggestion or new idea regarding this then share it here.

Most of the people are not aware about the Government scheme and specially initiative taken via Digital Platform. Government should appointed the students which are seeking job and given task to generate leads and gives to Government that how people live a life. Also, They are well trained and good communication skilled who delivered the things as it is as government gives to spread. Requested to established Task force who given every corner news and information about the Citizens life.

When election times the candidate are reaching whole area where can even not possible with cycle. So We have to force those who elected to serve the people surrounding. Go nearer to people who choose you and feel the complaint for all people and resolved as soon as possible. Here in Ahmedabad I heard so many areas has not receiving drinking water means pure drinking water. As a Metro Citizen I feel that We are living in that city which is recognized as a world heritage City?

Once the priority is decided, it should be assigned to respective department for further action. Tracking mechanism should be set for completed work and reward towards completing it
